Terms of Service

Who can order

You must be 18 or older. You may only order a book about a child if you are that child’s parent or legal guardian, or you have their parent or guardian’s permission. You confirm this at checkout and we record it with your order.

What you’re buying

An original 24-page story written from the details you give us, with original illustrations generated to match, delivered as a PDF, a printed hardcover, or both, plus any add-ons you select. Every book is made to order.

Photos and content you give us

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us a limited licence to use it solely to produce, revise and deliver your order, and to store it as described in the Privacy Policy. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, as set out in the Acceptable Use policy.

Who owns the finished book

• You own your copy. Read it, print it, gift it, keep it forever. For personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not resell it or distribute it commercially without written permission.
• We keep the underlying style and templates — the art styles, page structures and prompt systems that make every book.
• AI-generated output isn’t unique by law. Similar prompts can produce similar results, and in many countries purely AI-generated images may not be copyrightable at all. We can’t promise your illustrations are one-of-a-kind or that you hold copyright in them.

Approval, changes and refunds

Nothing prints until you approve it, wording edits are free, and you get two free rounds of redrawing. Full detail — including refunds, shipping and defective books — is in Refunds & Shipping.

Add-ons

• Narrated audiobook. Produced by text-to-speech after you approve the book, using the voice you chose. Voices are licensed stock voices, not real named performers. Generated once; if it comes out wrong we will fix or refund it.
• Custom song. An original AI-generated song written from the same details as the book. Yours to keep and share for personal use, not for commercial release. Generated once.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown before you pay and charged in full at checkout, before production starts. Shipping is quoted live for your address. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already placed.

What we can’t promise

We work hard to make a book you love, and we will keep working with you until you are happy or you get your money back. But we can’t promise a specific artistic result, an exact likeness, or that automated systems will never make a mistake — which is precisely why you approve every page before anything prints.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order it relates to. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Suspending or closing accounts

We may refuse or cancel an order, or close an account, that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use policy. If we cancel an order you haven’t received, we refund it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes, and for significant changes we email account holders. Orders already placed keep the terms in force when you ordered.
