An original story from your answers, every page illustrated from your photos. Usually ready within a couple of days.

A private proof lands in your inbox. Read it as many times as you like. Nothing is printed and no PDF is released until you say so.

Ask for changes, free
Change any wording as often as you want. Ask for pages, or the whole book, to be redrawn. Two full rounds are included.

Still not right? Money back
Any time before you approve, for any reason, a full refund to your card. Write to us from the support page and quote your order number. That's the whole process.
The fine print, short.
- Before you approve: full refund, any time, no reason needed.
- After you approve a PDF: the file is delivered, so refunds are at our discretion. Ask, and we will be fair.
- After you approve a printed book: it is manufactured to order, so a change of mind can’t be refunded once it’s at the printer. Damage, misprints and missing pages are always reprinted free.
- Refund timing: back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
